Come try it out!! Hoopdance integrates traditional hula hooping with dance. You will learn to hoop not just at

Amador's Fun & Healthy Weight-Loss Club!  

This is a NEW monthly get together for people who have decided to take care of themselves and want to lose
weight and have fun!! We start each MeetUp with a short support group meeting and social time to share
helpful and healthy tips for losing weight and getting in shape. Everyone has a different way that helps them be
successful and sometimes we can really benefit from hearing each other's ideas.

Our short meeting and social time is followed by a hike in the area in the summer or an indoors fun fitness
class done together to music, a video or someone in the group as leader! We meet on the first Monday of
each month at 5:30pm in Pine Grove at Camp Shape Up! We end at 7pm.
